While working towards obtaining his Master's in Private Law, Hasan joined the team at Al Tumi Law Firm as a litigation stage lawyer and legal consultant. He spent 3 years there before joining Zahaf & Partners as a Senior Associate. 

Currently, Hasan takes on projects as a first Instance Court lawyer and specializes in commercial law, labor law, aviation law, and civil law. Additional highlights of his experience include: 

• Legal management of health centers in Libya and provided legal advice to all private and public agencies.

• Legal advisor on matters relating to Maritime Trade Act and the liability for deck cargo.

• Extensive experience in FIDIC contracts and the effect of force majeure on such contracts. 

• Consulting clients on matters relating to Health insurance law and medical liability law.

• Advisor on the legal proceedings of liquidation for companies in Libya.

• Drafting construction contracts and subcontracts.

• Drafting employment contracts for employees of foreign companies.

• Worked on implementing foreign arbitration awards in Libya.

• Founding member of Rowand Alqanon, Alehsan Altatwea Organisation, and the Legal Clinic of the College of Law.
